Fragrance Gallery Fiji offers a curated range of oil-based fragrance products.
All products are inspired scents. Any names or references used are for descriptive purposes only. Fragrance Gallery Fiji is not associated with, endorsed by, or connected to any designer brands.
Product images, descriptions, and packaging are provided for reference purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual product due to updates or availability.
Orders
Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received and verified.
Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible, particularly if the order has already been processed or prepared.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including fragrance selection, quantity, contact information, and delivery or pickup details, are correct at the time of checkout.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Fijian Dollars unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without prior notice. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Shipping & Pickup
We offer EMS delivery and in-store pickup where available.
Delivery timeframes are provided as estimates and may vary depending on location, courier schedules, weather conditions, and public holidays.
In-store pickup details will be communicated once an order has been confirmed.
For Pacific Island orders, customers are required to contact us prior to placing an order to confirm availability and arrangements.
Returns & Refunds
We aim to provide a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. Due to the nature of oil-based fragrance products, the following policy applies.
Refunds
Refund requests must be made within 30 minutes of placing an order.
Approved refunds may be subject to an administration fee of up to 25 percent of the total order value, excluding delivery charges.
Refunds will not be issued if the order has already been processed, packed, dispatched, or collected.
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted once a product has been shipped, delivered, collected, opened, or used.
Oil-based perfumes are non-returnable once they leave our possession.
Exceptions
Returns or replacements will only be considered if:

An incorrect product was supplied due to an error on our part, or

The product arrived damaged during delivery
Any issues must be reported immediately upon receipt, together with clear photo or video evidence. Products must remain unused and in original condition where applicable.
Fragrance Preference
Fragrance selection is a personal choice and scent perception may vary between individuals.
Dissatisfaction based on scent preference, strength, longevity, or comparison with fragrances purchased from other sellers does not qualify for a return, exchange, or refund.
Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions carefully and, where possible, seek assistance in store before making a purchase.
Order Accuracy
Customers are encouraged to carefully review all order details before confirming checkout. Fragrance Gallery Fiji cannot be held responsible for incorrect selections made by the customer.

Customers are encouraged to perform a patch test before regular use of any fragrance product.
Fragrance Gallery Fiji is not responsible for individual reactions, sensitivities, or results arising from product use.
